About this feature

This platform has been carefully designed to cater to a variety of scenarios where people may require assistance to complete a check-in e.g. young children, the phone battery is dead, elderly struggling with technology, people with disabilities.

Example solutions

  • Staff assistance. A staff member can scan the QR code on their own (or their company's) phone and verbally collect and submit the person's check-in details.

  • Other customers. Other customers can check themselves in and then click "check-in another person" and repeat the same process as above.
