About this feature
This platform has been carefully designed to cater to a variety of scenarios where people may require assistance to complete a check-in e.g. young children, the phone battery is dead, elderly struggling with technology, people with disabilities.
Staff assistance. A staff member can scan the QR code on their own (or their company's) phone and verbally collect and submit the person's check-in details.
Other customers. Other customers can check themselves in and then click "check-in another person" and repeat the same process as above.
Checking in multiple people together using numbers instead of names. Perfect for checking in large groups such as school or tour groups.
Checking in multiple people individually using names. Perfect for achieving more granular contact tracing compliance.
